I’m Dave Mariano. I’ve spent my career selling into complex, technical industries like aerospace, healthcare, and energy, helping SaaS companies land major enterprise accounts and scale revenue in some of the most demanding environments out there.
I started in business development and worked my way up — from building pipeline at Series A startups to closing multi-year enterprise deals and managing post-sale growth across strategic accounts. Along the way, I’ve led implementations, worked cross-functionally with engineering and product teams, and helped launch new offerings into regulated markets.
I’ve worked at companies backed by top VCs, and I know what it means to perform when resources are thin and expectations are high. My approach is grounded in trust, precision, and a deep understanding of both the sales cycle and what happens after the deal is signed.
When I’m not working, I’m with my son Roman and my wife Nikki. My sincere apologies to my former colleagues (and my parents - hi Mom) for not fully grasping how staggering the effort is to care for a little one — I really get it now!

When I do get the occasional break, you’ll probably find me in the gym, on the golf course, or losing track of time in Civilization V.
